In late December 2017, the 10m anechoic chamber of the Electromagnetic Testing Center of the 53RI of CETC, constructed by RuiFeng RF Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (RFT), passed the acceptance of the expert group successfully.
The site
acceptance of anechoic chamber was completed by SEARI on November 08, 2017, in
strict accordance with the user's technical requirements and the latest domestic
and international standards, and passed the performance acceptance test of
anechoic chamber.
Highlights of the project:
The
imported Netherlands COMTEST solid absorbers have been committed for more than
30 years. Compared with traditional absorbers, it has great advantages and
improvements in waterproof, moisture-proof and no-carbon leakage.
Anechoic
chamber meets environmental protection standards; from shielding,
ferrites to absorbers all adopt mechanical assembly technology without any glue.
The absorbers
adopt the contour high-fully filled design, which meets the military and commercial
standard test requirements, and end caps are mounted on the absorbers, which
not only enhance the aesthetics but also protect the tips of absorbers.
The
imported Netherlands COMTEST 3m*3m automatic sliding gate equipped with a 5 ton
vertical lifting automatic ramp, it can ensure that the vehicle can enter the anechoic
directly.
The
COMTEST shielded gate /door features a unique frictionless parallel closure
system. This multiple (> 6) points locking system ensures a longer use and
life of the double knife edge, matching quadruple beryllium copper finger
contact strip. All fully automatic gates are equipped with a safety system to
prevent blockage during opening and closing. The operation of the gate is implemented
by a separate control cabinet. The button is used to operate the RF shield
sliding gate, once the button is pressed, the gate will move in the certain
direction, and when the button is released, the gate will stop immediately.
The anechoic
reflecting ground plane is made of galvanized steel and has a bearing capacity
of 3 tons per square meter.
The
important performance indicator--NSA of the anechoic chamber is +/-3.5dB on the
axis of the anechoic chamber.
Main indicators of the anechoic chamber:
Quiet
zone dimension: Φ5m,
2.5m height at 10m test distance; Φ2m, height 2m at 3m test distance.
Normalized
Site Attenuation (NSA) : according to the latest version of GB 9254, CISPR
16-1-4 (GB/T 6113.104) and ANSI C63.4, in the frequency range of 30MHz~1GHz, for
10m test distance, with quiet zone dimension of Φ5m and 2.5m height and for3m test distance, with
quiet zone dimension of Φ2m and 2m height, NSA is ≤ +/- 3.5 dB in axis.
Site Voltage
Standing Wave Ratio (SVSWR): according to the latest CISPR 16-1-4 (GB/T
6113.104) and CISPR 16-2-3 (GB/T 6113.203), in the frequency range of 1GHz~18GHz,
for 3m/5m test distance, with quiet zone dimension of Φ2m and 2m height, SVSWR is ≤5.5dB.
